What about complaints?
I found very few complaints for this Delonghi ec155 espresso machine on consumer sites around the net. One consumer did mention that there is no cup warmer present but if you do not like to leave your cup of espresso lying around anyway, it will not be an issue. Another likely concern is that the machine tends to run slower after a few months of use.
